ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (m/f)

We're searching for a motivated Account Executive with a passion for retail environments to join one of our project teams.

Impact International develops turn-key in-store retail marketing solutions for a number of A-Brand clients in Europe, from concept to production (displays, shop-in-shop, shopfitting etc.). Every day, we collaborate with our clients to develop new retail experiences that are fuelled by innovation.

You will primarily work together with the Account Manager on a European retail account. A complete project team is in charge of this account and you will be a part of this. Working with the internal project team, client, and partners will be a regular part of your day.

This is an excellent chance for a professional interested in furthering their career and with the prospect of becoming an Account Manager.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Follow-up on and manage client requests by phone and email in a timely fashion.
• Work with Account Management on sales-project management and administration.
• Managing and coordinating projects to internal and external resources within a cross-functional organization.

What you’ll be bringing to the team:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Passion for retail, sales and marketing (consumers).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong presentation skills and telephone manner.
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook are required.
• Experience with and solid understanding of quoting, invoicing, and purchasing.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a target based environment.
